Alba Precision Manufacturing is a precision CNC Production Engineering company, formed in 2009, and is based in Retreat, Cape Town. We specialise in CNC turning and CNC milling. The company is focused on small, medium, and large batch production components in stainless steel, steel, aluminium, brass and various other materials. We are capable of complex solid, 3D, and 2D milling utilising our Edgecam CADCAM software.

We have recently purchased the latest Leadwell V40 Machining Centre with Siemens 828 control, and we have a Maho 532 CNC milling machine. We currently have Leadwell T7 and T6 CNC lathes with Siemens controls.

Our Quality Assurance Department includes a 3D CMM and an optical projector with 2D software.

304 or 316 stainless steel, Base is 30mm long x 40/45/50mm in diameter (other sizes can be manufactured). Lid is 10mm thick, adjustable insert is 30mm long and 30mm diameter with a 10mm threaded hole for mounting.
